Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MadeCutters.

Each order is carefully prepared to ensure you receive the best possible quality. Please read the following information before placing your order.

Processing Time : All orders are processed in the order they are received. Since each product is 3D printed and made to order, our standard processing time is 7–14 business days. We always do our best to ship orders earlier whenever possible, but this time frame allows flexibility in case of high order volume, printer maintenance, filament restocking, or any unexpected delays.                                                                 

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times: We ship through trusted postal carriers. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier’s estimated delivery window.

Domestic (U.S.) orders: usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. 
International orders: may take 15–25 business days, depending on customs and destination. 

Once your package has been handed over to the postal carrier, MadeCutters is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss during transit, as we are not the shipping service. Any issues that occur after the package has been shipped must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.     

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.                                                                                                                 

  1. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.         
                                                                                                                                     
  2. Customs and International Orders:

    International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer. MadeCutters is not responsible for customs delays or for any additional fees charged once the package reaches the destination country. We are unable to estimate or control these charges.

  3.  Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages: If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages that are damaged, delayed, or lost by the postal service, as MadeCutters is not the shipping company. However, we will always do our best to assist you by providing tracking details and carrier information to help support your claim.
