DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & STL FILES POLICY

All digital products (STL files) offered in this shop are delivered immediately after payment is confirmed. 

Due to the nature of digital items, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted once the file has been sent or downloaded. 

Please make sure to carefully review the product description and file type before purchasing. If you experience any issue with your download, please contact us directly through the store chat window, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We reserve the right to block or cancel any orders showing suspicious or fraudulent activity, such as multiple IP addresses, temporary emails, or unusual transaction patterns.

All STL files sold in this shop are intended for personal use only. Reselling, sharing, or redistributing these files, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. 

 

 

PHYSICAL PRODUCT POLICY

All our products are carefully inspected before shipping. 

Each tool or accessory is 3D printed, packaged, and checked by hand to ensure the best possible quality. Shipping & Delivery Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Once the package has been handed over to the postal carrier, MadeCutters is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused during transit, as these situations are entirely managed by the shipping company.

 We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by the carrier, but we will always try to assist you by providing the necessary information to file a claim directly with the shipping service.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene standards and made-to-order production, returns and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances.

 All sales are final once the order has been shipped.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items Most of our products are made to order, meaning small variations may occur from one piece to another, making each item unique.
